The basic purpose of Ear Phones is to keep them in your ears to hear good quality audio. These ear pieces are only suitable when keeping head still. very primitive design and disappointing when a lot of smart shapes for retaining ear pieces are avialble today. The range of sizes did not help. If you are an active person, even doing jobs around the house I would strongly recommend buying ear pices that will stay in your ears.
